Come to the beautiful Hill Country and cultural center of south central Texas. Due to continued growth, The Judson Montessori School (JMS) of San Antonio, established in 1974, is seeking dedicated teachers and assistants for the primary through middle school levels to begin in August.

All classroom teachers must have: experience as a head teacher; a college degree; and Montessori certification for the level where they would be teaching. On staff, we have a librarian and college degreed specialists in Spanish, music, and physical education, as well as supportive, professional administrative personnel. Our before- and after-school child care program is available to all of our students.

JMS is currently searching for Montessori teachers with experience in the Lower Elementary level. Minimum requirements are: Bachelors degree and Montessori certification by AMS, AMI or MACTE. Hours: 7:45 a.m. - 3:45 p.m. Eligible for group benefit plan.

Additionally, we are searching for a Lower Elementary & an Upper Elementary Teaching Assistant. Minimum requirements are: Previous experience working with children in a school environment, preferably in a Montessori program. Hours: 7:45 a.m. - 3:45 p.m. Eligible for group benefit plan.
