Come to the beautiful Hill Country and cultural center of south central Texas. Due to continued growth, The Judson Montessori School (JMS) of San Antonio, established in 1974, is seeking dedicated teachers and assistants for the primary through middle school levels.
All classroom teachers must have: experience as a head teacher, a college degree, and Montessori certification by AMS, AMI or MACTE for the level where they would be teaching. Classroom assistants must have: previous experience working with children in a school environment, preferably in a Montessori program. Hours for both teachers and assistants are 7:45 a.m. - 3:45 p.m..
On staff, we have a librarian and college degreed specialists in Spanish, music, and physical education, as well as supportive, professional administrative personnel. Our before- and after-school child care program is available to all of our students.
JMS has a diverse student body of over 275 students, ages 3-15.
